- ‘Once in a blue moon’ – “Rrallë e për mall!”
Shpjegimi: Një dukuri që ndodh shumë rrallë.
Shembull: “I only go to the cinema once in a blue moon.”

- ‘When pigs fly’– “Kur fluturon gomari.”
Shpjegimi: Kur diçka nuk ka gjasa të ndodhi kurrë.

- ‘To cost an arm and a leg’– “Kushton sa qimet e kokës.”

Shpjegim: Një urim që i jepet dikujt.
